1st All orders are considered binding. Consumer sending orders confirms that agrees with the rules of trade, with options for payment, delivery terms, claims procedure and noted with the protection of personal data

2nd We urge you in order to place accurate and truthful information to the order form. Each order is confirmed after sending an e-mail message in which you have the last opportunity to check the accuracy of completed data. If the order for some reason error, please contact us immediately.

3rd If the processing and sending orders to change prices, always pays the price specified in the order already made.

4th The seller reserves the right to contact the customer by telephone to verify or clarify the order, in terms of higher orders, some missing and inaccurate data.

Return policy
Products may be returned within 15 days after delivery date for a refund of the product price, except special or tailored products. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

The following terms must be met by you.

• The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
• You must pay any return shipping expense.

We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
